CEO: Adam Brown

Adam is responsible for design, specification, development and content creation. Since graduating from Oxford University in 2002, with 1st class honours (magna cum laude) in the Engineering and Computer Science masters program, he has worked in computer games development. Between 2002 and 2005 he worked for UK-based computer games developer Rebellion, where he learnt the game development business, including multi-platform development, localisation, submission management and game design.

Business / Marketing: Jeremy Gibbs
|
Jeremy is responsible for marketing strategy, market research and business development. Jeremy graduated from Oxford University in 1978 and is a chartered electrical engineer. Until 1995, he worked in management and consultancy positions with multi-national companies in the UK and US. From 1997 to 2001 he was a non-executive director of NASDAQ-listed Futuremedia plc, and chairman from 1998 to 2001. He is currently non-executive deputy chairman of AIM-listed Scientific Digital Imaging plc and general manager of Adaptivity Limited.

IT Manager: Robert Pleece
|
Robert is responsible for installing and testing server-side code, maintaining websites and purchasing and configuring third-party online solutions such as online activation. From 1999 to 2007, he was Engineering Systems Manager for BT Ireland. In this post he was responsible for the design and implementation of internal and external network management systems including the National Irish Lottery.

QA Manager: Sharon Givon
|
Sharon is in charge of Quality Assurance testing. Prior to coming to the UK from Israel, she worked for four years as a product expert in charge of presale activities, GUI design and documentation design for Mercado Inc, a company specialising in online catalogues.
